April Platform Updates: What's New in OptSpot

Every month we ship improvements based on your feedback. Here’s what landed in OptSpot this April.

Dashboard Redesign

The main dashboard got a fresh look. Key metrics — active members, revenue, churn rate, and campaign performance — are now front and center with cleaner charts and faster load times. We also added a 30/60/90 day comparison view so you can spot trends at a glance.

Improved Campaign Builder

The campaign builder now supports drag-and-drop content blocks, making it faster to design emails and texts that look great. New templates for common campaigns (welcome series, win-back, upsell) are included out of the box.

SMS Delivery Reports

You asked, we delivered. SMS campaigns now include detailed delivery reporting:

  • Delivered — message reached the customer’s phone
  • Clicked — customer tapped a link in the message
  • Bounced — number was invalid or unreachable
  • Opted out — customer unsubscribed

This data appears in real time on the campaign detail page.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the member export CSV occasionally included duplicate rows
  • Resolved a timezone display bug on the scheduling calendar
  • Corrected a rounding error in the revenue analytics chart
  • Fixed broken pagination on the customer list when filtering by tag
